Roles and Responsibilites
- Revenue Strategy & Lifecycle Management:
Design and operationalize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle from lead conversion to reimbursement and expansion.
Build scalable revenue models aligned to utilization, billing eligibility, and realization metrics.
Drive predictable, compliant, and sustainable revenue growth.
- Billing & Reimbursement Optimization:
Oversee claims workflows, documentation standards, and reimbursement performance.
Monitor claims success rates, AR aging, denial trends, and revenue leakage.
Implement process improvements to enhance collections and margin realization.
- Forecasting, Analytics & Reporting:
Develop revenue forecasting models and unit economics frameworks.
Build dashboards tracking ARR, realized revenue, payor mix, and cohort performance.
Provide structured insights and board-ready reporting to leadership.
- Systems & Process Excellence:
Architect and optimize the commercial tech stack including CRM, billing systems, and analytics tools.
Automate workflows across sales handoffs, onboarding, eligibility, and billing triggers.
Strengthen cross-functional alignment across sales, finance, customer success, and clinical teams.
- Compliance & Governance:
Ensure alignment with regulatory and billing standards.
Maintain audit readiness and process discipline across the revenue function.
Skills and qualifications
● 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Commercial Operations.
● 3+ years in U.S. healthcare reimbursement models.
● Direct experience with RPM, RTM, CCM, or value-based care billing.
● Strong understanding of:
○ CPT-based reimbursement
○ Claims workflows
○ RCM performance metrics
● Expertise with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
● Advanced analytics skills (SQL, BI tools, financial modeling)
● Experience in a digital health startup or scale-up
● Exposure to Medicare RPM reimbursement models
● Familiarity with healthcare integrations (HL7/FHIR)
● Experience working with clinical operations teams
