Supply Chain Manager - Health Tech
About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, technology-driven healthcare organization leveraging AI and data to improve patient outcomes and enable smarter, scalable care delivery across healthcare systems.
Roles and Responsibilites
Manage end-to-end procurement, supplier negotiations, and long-term sourcing strategy.
-Ensure supply continuity by mitigating risks and managing contract manufacturers effectively.
-Drive cost optimization, maintain COGS controls, and align capacity planning with sales forecasts.
-Oversee quality compliance including ISO standards, audits, SOP implementation, and corrective actions.
-Lead ERP adoption, procurement dashboards, and data-driven inventory and budget tracking.
Skills and qualifications
● 5+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in medical devices or EMS companies.
● Bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus)
● Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
● Knowledge of ISO 13485 and compliance requirements.
● Experience in ERP implementation and dashboard reporting.
● Analytical mindset with ability to manage risks, costs, and supply continuity.
