Roles and Responsibilites
- Hyper-Scale Growth Execution
Own the roadmap to 10+ million customers, design scalable acquisition systems, and build market-, segment-, and channel-wise growth plans with clear execution targets.
- P&L Ownership
Manage revenue, margins, operating costs, pricing frameworks, forecasting, budgeting, and unit economics while supporting rapid expansion.
- Product-Led Growth & Market Feedback
Create strong customer and market feedback loops, collaborate with Product and Technology teams, and prioritize features that improve conversion, adoption, retention, and scalability.
- Inside Sales Engine
Build a large, metrics-driven inside sales organization focused on lead qualification, demo conversion, CRM discipline, productivity, and sales leadership development.
- Offline / Field Sales Expansion
Scale field sales teams across cities and countries, define territories and incentives, and drive SMB penetration through direct sales, accountant networks, and local partnerships.
- Marketing, CRM & Lead Flow Management
Lead branding and demand generation, manage lead capture and allocation, align marketing and sales teams around common funnel metrics, and optimize lead quality.
- Customer Success & Retention
Own onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, churn reduction, NPS improvement, and scalable customer support operations.
- Team Building at Scale
Hire and develop large frontline sales and partner teams, build second-line leadership, and create structured training academies across channels.
- Operating Systems for Scale
Establish review cadences, real-time dashboards, automation, and standardized processes to maintain execution discipline as the organization scales.
Skills and qualifications
Experience
15–20+ years in B2B/SMB SaaS, ERP, fintech, or platform businesses, with a proven track record of scaling customers, revenue, and operations.
Leadership
Built and managed large inside sales and field sales organizations, developed leadership layers, and scaled teams across multiple geographies.
Functional Expertise
Growth strategy, revenue operations, sales leadership, demand generation, customer success, channel partnerships, international expansion, and performance management.
