Roles and Responsibilites
· Lead and build a strong HRBP team, setting clear standards for impact and quality
· Partner with senior leaders to solve business and people problems, not just execute HR processes
· Identify the right people priorities, define metrics, and track meaningful outcomes
· Strengthen overall HRBP capability, including TA effectiveness and leadership support
Skills and qualifications
· 12+ years of experience post - MBA ( Tier 1 ), Full Time
· Significant experience in a core HRBP role with exposure to environments focused on talent quality, systems, and continuous improvement
· Mentally sharp and analytical; able to think clearly in complex situations
. Experience in organizations with mature HR practices
. Exposure to environments focused on talent quality, systems, and continuous improvement
· High emotional intelligence; collaborative, persuasive, and mature
· Deep understanding of business context and how HR impacts outcomes
