Own the new product development pipeline from concept to launch, balancing consumer insights, brand strategy, and commercial viability to deliver breakthrough innovations.

Portfolio Strategy and Management

Shape the long‑term vision for the category, defining portfolio priorities, brand positioning, and channel strategies to maximize relevance and market share.

Marketing and Brand Building

Partner with marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns, communication platforms, and activation plans that strengthen brand equity and consumer engagement.

Commercial Execution

Collaborate with sales and trade marketing to ensure flawless execution in market, optimizing pricing, promotions, and distribution to deliver category growth.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Act as the central point of accountability across R&D, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams, ensuring alignment and speed in decision‑making.

Consumer and Market Insight

Continuously track consumer trends, competitive activity, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks, translating insights into actionable strategies.

Team Development and Influence

Build and mentor a high‑performing team, fostering collaboration and influencing senior stakeholders to champion the non‑alcoholic agenda across the organization.

• 8-12 years of experience in category and channel development.
• An experience in NPD is a major positive
• Experience in beverages is a non negotiable
• Current/preferred location to be Bengaluru
