-Known for its process-driven approach, strong governance frameworks, and focus on finance transformation, the organization partners with global enterprises, financial institutions, and investment firms to build scalable, compliant, and efficient finance operations.

-Head the Accounting and Reporting function with end-to-end ownership of statutory accounting, taxation, and compliance.

-Manage day-to-day accounting operations including close, reconciliations, and reporting.

-Drive finance transformation initiatives focused on process standardisation and efficiency.

-Lead KPO/BPO accounting delivery with strong governance, controls, and SLA adherence.

-Implement robust SOPs, internal controls, and scalable finance processes.

-Manage audits and regulatory interactions.

-Lead and develop accounting and tax teams.

-Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory) with 10–15+ years of experience.

-Strong experience across accounting, taxation, and financial control within KPO, BPO, shared services, or advisory environments.

-Demonstrated exposure to finance transformation, process improvement, and operational streamlining initiatives.

-Prior experience in advisory services and client-facing finance roles is highly desirable.

-Strong understanding of accounting standards, tax frameworks, and compliance requirements.

-Proven leadership capability with experience managing and scaling teams.

-High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
