About the Company

Our client is a leading fintech player developing an automated platform for home lending in India. It aims to provide consumers with end-to-end fulfilment, through technology for faster loan disbursements. The company’s vision is to change the way Bharat (India) finances its

affordable homes.

Roles and Responsibilites

Lead and mentor a diverse engineering organization across backend, frontend, DevOps, QA,

and data teams.

Define and drive the engineering strategy in alignment with business goals.

Build scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms using .NET Core, microservices architecture.

Establish engineering best practices(agile delivery, CI/CD, test automation, observability).

Collaborate closely with product, design, compliance, and business stakeholders.

Ensure technical compliance with relevant financial and data security regulations (e.g., PCI

DSS, SOC 2).

Oversee system architecture decisions, technical debt management, and platform scalability.

Manage engineering budgets, hiring, team structure, and performance.

Stay current with emerging technologies relevant to fintech and cloud infrastructure

Skills and qualifications

12+ years ofexperience in software engineering, withat least 5+ years in leadership roles.

Hands-on experience with .NET Core in production-grade backend systems.

Proven track record of delivering complex software systems in high-growth environments.

Deep understanding of cloud-native development (preferably in Azure or AWS).

Experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and secure data exchange.

Strong leadership, team building, and organizational scaling capabilities.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development and DevOpsculture.

Prior experience in a Fintech, banking, or other regulated industry.

Experience with modern frontend frameworks (Angular). Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Deep understanding of compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).

B.Tech, MCA or MBA or experience participating in executive-level strategic planning
