About the Company
Our client is a US headquartered Tech Consulting firm with strong growth plans for India. As part of that strategy, they are looking for a senior leader to drive their sales for India with specific focus on GCC clients.
Roles and Responsibilites
Reporting into the CBO, this is a strategic role within the organization.
-You will lead a team of senior sales professionals to onboard new clients and deepen the relationship with existing clients focusing on Global Capability Centres (GCCs) across BFSI, Healthcare and Life Science, CPG and TMT clients.
-You will own the complete revenue growth and define and execute the India GCC GTM strategy.
-You will lead large, complex multi-million dollar deals including data engineering, analytics, AI/ML platforms and digitization programs.
-Leading a team of professionals, you will personally engage with CXOs, GCC Heads and global stakeholders.
Skills and qualifications
-MBA with 15 to 20 years experience in enterprise sales within Data, Analytics, Digital or Technology services.
-Strong understanding of data engineering, cloud platforms, advanced analytics and analytics led business transformation.
-Proven track record of success selling large deals (5mn+) to GCCs in India.
-Strong executive presence with excellent communication skills.
-Experience working with global stakeholders in a matrix organization.
