Roles and Responsibilites

Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive primary and secondary sales growth across HORECA channels including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, QSRs, multiplexes, and institutional buyers
  2. Develop and execute PAN India HORECA sales strategy, budgets, and growth plans
  3. Acquire and manage national/regional key accounts and institutional partners
  4. Appoint, manage, and optimize distributors and super stockists across regions
  5. Lead, coach, and monitor Regional/Area Sales teams to ensure target achievement
  6. Ensure strong visibility, placement, and activation of premium product portfolio
  7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade schemes with key customers
  8. Track KPIs, forecast demand, and ensure efficient inventory and supply coordination
  9. Drive new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives

Skills and qualifications

Key Requirements

  1. 8–12+ years of FMCG sales experience with strong exposure to HORECA/Institutional channels
  2. Proven track record of managing PAN India or multi-region business
  3. Experience in premium foods/snacking or branded consumer products preferred
  4. Strong distributor management and key account negotiation skills
  5. Team leadership and stakeholder management capability
  6. Data-driven, target-oriented, and execution focused
