Roles and Responsibilites
Growth Strategy & Execution: Design and own the end-to-end digital revenue roadmap. Your mandate is to drive consistent sales growth through data-driven acquisition and retention strategies.
Efficiency & Unit Economics: Monitor and refine marketing spend to ensure a healthy balance between aggressive expansion and capital efficiency, with a core focus on optimizing the CAC-to-LTV ratio.
Integrated Demand Planning: Align product availability with market demand. You will oversee forecasting and supply-demand synchronization to ensure seamless fulfillment across high-velocity digital platforms.
Market Placement & Channel Excellence: Define the playbook for product visibility. You will ensure the brand leads the "digital shelf" across E-commerce and Quick-Commerce while supporting the transition into premium physical retail.
Brand Advocacy & Narrative: Lead the influencer marketing and demand generation functions to ensure the brand narrative is effectively translated into measurable consumer intent and community-led growth.
Data-Driven Decisioning: Leverage consumer behavior analytics to identify new growth levers and market opportunities, ensuring the brand remains agile during rapid scaling.
Skills and qualifications
Professional Pedigree: A foundational background in Top-tier Management Consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) is highly preferred, followed by a leadership role in a startup that has successfully scaled through significant revenue milestones.
Analytical Leadership: The ability to dissect P&Ls and complex attribution models to identify and execute on non-obvious growth opportunities.
Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of building scalable growth systems and high-performing teams within a lean, fast-paced environment.
Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute (IIM/ISB/International equivalent).
