Roles and Responsibilites

  • Financial Planning & Deal Structuring: Partner with Sales on commercial deals, pricing models, profitability analysis, ROI frameworks, margin playbooks, scenario modeling, revenue forecasting.

  • Business Process Optimization: Enhance funnels (Lead-to-Proposal, Proposal-to-Win, Trial-to-Won) via redesign, training, automation; embed financial discipline across teams.

​

  • Data Systems & Insights: Build dashboards, market/customer intelligence systems linking financials to operations; enable competitive/pricing intelligence.

​

  • AI Automation: Use AI for forecasting, anomaly detection, pricing optimization; collaborate with Data Science/Tech for workflow streamlining.

​

  • Key Metrics/KPIs: Account profitability/margin growth, deal pricing accuracy, proposal conversion, funnel efficiency, AI process automation impact.

Skills and qualifications

  • CA/CFA/MBA Finance (Tier 1) with experience 6 to 10 years
  • skills in pricing/commercial modeling, Excel/Power BI & analytics
  • B2B/industrial exposure
  • excellent communication and stakeholder management.
