Roles and Responsibilites

  • S&OP & Planning

· Lead the S&OP cycle and own demand forecasting.

· Align inventory, capacity, and distribution with business growth plans.

  • Warehouse Operations

· Oversee receiving, storage, pick-pack, and dispatch.

· Improve OTIF, order accuracy, and warehouse productivity.

· Implement SOPs, improve layout, and drive automation.

  • Logistics & Fulfilment

· Manage last-mile, mid-mile, and returns across D2C & marketplaces.

· Enhance SLA performance, cost efficiency, and shipment visibility.

  • Inventory Management

· Maintain optimal stock levels across central & channel warehouses.

· Lead cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.

· Reduce ageing, expiries, and write-offs.

  • Operational Excellence

· Identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

· Deploy WMS/OMS tools, dashboards, and automation.

· Build scalable processes for high volume & rapid growth.

  • Leadership

· Lead warehouse and operations teams.

· Partner with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Finance to execute operational plans.

Skills and qualifications

  • Qualification

o MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or related disciplines

  • Experience

o 6–12 years in Operations, Logistics, Fulfilment, Warehousing, or S&OP.

o Consulting experience preferred (Strategy/Operations/Supply Chain).

o Background in D2C, ecommerce, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or high-growth start-ups is a plus.

  • Skills

o First principles thinking

o Strong problem-solving & analytical ability

o Comfort with ambiguity & unstructured environments

o Process orientation & execution excellence

o Ability to drive efficiency and scale

o Strong team leadership & cross-functional collaboration
