About the Company

A leading venture capital fund focused on investing in consumer and consumer enablers in India. The firm is looking to hire an Associate to help the fund and its portfolio companies adopt AI to drive efficiency and automation.

Roles and Responsibilites

  1. Help the VC fund leverage AI internally across sourcing, research, diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
  2. Contribute to AI-focused insights, reports, and knowledge sharing across the investment team.
  3. Work closely with portfolio companies to identify high-impact AI use cases.
  4. Support founders and product teams in designing and implementing AI solutions to drive efficiency and automation.

Skills and qualifications

  1. 2–5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, product development, or AI-driven startups.
  2. Experience building or working on AI-powered products or automation workflows.
  3. Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystem (LLMs, AI APIs, ML tools, automation platforms).
  4. Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions and work with technical teams to implement them.
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  6. IIT or equivalent top-tier technical institution.
  7. Founders, early employees, or product professionals working in AI startups.
