• Integrated Planning (Demand, Supply & Production)

Lead demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling to ensure optimal service levels

Drive S&OP processes to align cross-functional stakeholders and business objectives

Optimize inventory levels, capacity planning, and forecast accuracy

• Logistics & Distribution (Transportation & Last Mile)

Oversee end-to-end logistics including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery

Drive efficiency in freight cost, route optimization, and distribution network design

Enhance service levels and delivery timelines across channels

• Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation

Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business growth plans

Drive digital transformation, automation, and process standardization initiatives

Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean, cost optimization, network efficiency)

• Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, manufacturing, procurement) for seamless execution

Build and lead high-performing supply chain teams across planning and logistics functions

Manage external partners including 3PLs, transporters, and vendors

Qualifications

• MBA or Equivalent from a Tier-1 institute
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain roles in leadership positions

Skills

• Strong expertise in end-to-end supply chain management including planning and logistics
• Deep understanding of S&OP, demand forecasting, and network optimization
• Proven ability to drive cost efficiencies and service improvements at scale
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• High level of analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of transportation and warehouse set up
