1. Design, develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack web applications and automations
2. Build backend services, APIs, and integrations with internal and external systems
3. Develop scalable front-end interfaces in collaboration with UI/UX teams
4. Embed AI capabilities into workflows and automation processes
5. Ensure high standards of reliability, performance, and security
6. Contribute to architectural discussions and technical documentation

1. 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development
2. Strong backend expertise in C#, Python, or similar statically typed languages
3. Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.)
4. Experience with SQL databases and distributed systems
5. Hands-on experience with APIs, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
