About the Company
Our client is one of India's largest FMCG organizations operating across all 6 continents and the largest brand in its category
Roles and Responsibilites
- Drive overall E-commerce revenue and profitability across India
- Lead and manage NKAMs (2–3 team members)
- Scale business size from current levels to the next growth phase
- Build and execute strong performance and digital marketing strategies
- Strengthen online presence and marketplace partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally on supply, marketing, and sales initiatives
- Lead the digital performance piece
Skills and qualifications
- A strong background in FMCG (minimum 10 years of experience)
- Strong business experience in E-commerce is mandatory
- Experience in leading performance marketing is a big plus
- Tier 1/2 MBA is ideal
