Roles and Responsibilites
- Own the end-to-end trading journey (discovery → execution → retention)
- Improve order flows, UX, and trader confidence signals
- Use data to identify drop-offs and engagement gaps
- Run experiments to drive activation, retention, and repeat usage
- Collaborate closely with design and frontend teams
Skills and qualifications
- 4–8 years of Product Management experience in Trading/Fintech/Gaming platforms
- Strong understanding of either:
a. Backend systems, APIs, workflows, OR
b. Consumer product UX, funnels, and experimentation
- Ability to think in systems, edge cases, and user behavior patterns
- High ownership mindset with a bias for execution
