Roles and Responsibilites
The Regional Manager is primarily responsible for achieving aggressive revenue targets across advertisement inventory and bulk ticket sales through strategic forecasting and regional planning. You will lead, hire, and mentor a team of Assistant Managers, conducting daily performance audits and sales training to ensure a consistent pipeline. The role demands a high level of operational oversight, including monitoring off-screen inventory activation, managing site-level coordination for profit optimization, and delivering rigorous market intelligence and competition tracking reports. You will act as the primary liaison for high-value clients and agencies, ensuring long-term retention through exceptional service and timely information sharing.
Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with 12+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years specifically in corporate ad sales or media sales within the cinema or entertainment industry. You should hold an MBA or PGDBM in Marketing. We require a professional who is fluent in English and Hindi, possesses expert-level negotiation skills, and has a proven track record of managing multi-level stakeholder relationships. Mastery of MS Office and the ability to interpret complex sales data into actionable budget insights are essential for success in this regional leadership position.
