Operations & P&L Leadership

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple production facilities.
• Own the operational P&L including cost management, productivity improvement, and margin enhancement.
• Drive plant performance through structured operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.

Multi-Site Manufacturing Management

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to plant heads across multiple locations.
• Ensure alignment of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and operational standards across sites.
• Oversee plant expansion, modernization, and capacity enhancement initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Productivity

• Implement best practices in lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and automation.
• Drive improvements in plant efficiency, throughput, quality metrics, and cost optimization.
• Lead initiatives around digitization and Industry 4.0 in manufacturing operations.

Workforce Leadership

• Lead and manage a large workforce including plant leadership teams, supervisors, and shop floor employees.
• Build strong organizational capability, leadership pipeline, and workforce productivity.
• Ensure adherence to labour compliance, industrial relations, and safety standards.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure world-class standards in manufacturing quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Drive a strong culture of safety and operational discipline across all plants.
• Oversee adherence to regulatory, statutory, and environmental guidelines.

Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless demand fulfilment.
• Optimize inventory, logistics, and production planning across sites.
• Work closely with finance on cost control and profitability initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering preferred).
• 20+ years of experience in manufacturing operations within heavy engineering, sheet metal, fabrication, or related industries.
• Proven track record of leading multi-site manufacturing operations with full operational P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing large workforces and complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong exposure to lean manufacturing, automation, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaling manufacturing capacity and driving productivity improvements.
