Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategy to drive growth, premiumization, and market share.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, on-ground, and trade channels.
- Plan and manage brand budgets, ensuring optimal ROI on marketing investments.
- Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to refine positioning.
- Drive brand visibility through events, activations, and experiential marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to strengthen on-trade and off-trade brand presence.
- Manage agency partners for creative, media, and activation execution.
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory guidelines for the AlcoBev sector.
10.Work cross-functionally with global/regional teams to align brand strategy and execution.
Skills and qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or category management.
- Prior experience in AlcoBev, FMCG, or premium consumer brands preferred.
- Experience working in marketing/advertising agencies or managing agency partners.
- Strong understanding of consumer marketing, brand positioning, and GTM strategy.
- Experience in events, activations, and experiential marketing.
