Roles and Responsibilites
Strategic Transformation & Organizational Productivity
-Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives focused on improving organizational efficiency and unlocking productivity.
-Lead organizational redesign projects aimed at simplifying structures, improving collaboration, and eliminating functional silos.
-Conduct deep-dive assessments of departments and operating models to ensure alignment with long-term business strategy.
-Introduce modern agile ways of working and process optimization frameworks across functions.
AI Agenda & Workforce Productivity
-Support the organization’s AI adoption roadmap, driving initiatives to embed AI tools across teams to improve productivity.
-Design and implement AI capability-building programs for employees across different functions.
-Work closely with HR leadership to integrate AI into talent management, recruitment, and performance frameworks.
-Evaluate emerging technologies that can improve operational efficiency and future-proof the workforce.
Performance Management & OKR Framework
-Build and institutionalize a robust organizational OKR framework aligned with the CEO’s strategic priorities.
-Lead the quarterly OKR planning, tracking, and review process across functions.
-Develop data-driven dashboards and performance insights to help leadership track execution and identify improvement areas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Act as a key bridge between the CEO’s Office and HR on transformation initiatives.
-Drive change management programs to ensure successful implementation of structural and process changes.
-Work closely with business leaders across functions to align transformation initiatives with organizational goals
Skills and qualifications
-4–8 years of experience, preferably with top-tier management consulting firms (MBB / Tier-1 consulting).
-Strong experience in organizational transformation, operational excellence, or enterprise strategy initiatives.
-Experience working on large-scale transformation or productivity improvement programs is preferred.
-Strong academic pedigree from Tier-1 institutions (IITs / IIMs / ISB / top global universities preferred).
-MBA or Master’s degree from a premier institute is desirable but not mandatory.
-Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
-Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
-Passion for AI, technology adoption, and the future of work.
