Roles and Responsibilites
As a Senior Associate – Strategy, you will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s long-term direction. The role involves driving market intelligence, evaluating new business opportunities, and supporting strategic projects that enhance innovation, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
-Support the development of long-term strategic plans through market research, competitive analysis, and industry insights.
-Build data-driven insights to inform leadership decision-making and strategic priorities.
-Identify and evaluate opportunities for product expansion, market entry, and strategic partnerships.
-Support feasibility assessments, business cases, and strategic recommendations.
-Contribute to ideation and implementation of new workflows, technologies, and initiatives to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
-Work cross-functionally with business leaders on key transformation and strategy projects.
-Partner with teams across product, operations, and business functions to drive strategic initiatives.
-Support execution of key leadership projects and organizational priorities.
Skills and qualifications
-Top-tier undergraduate and/or Master’s degree with strong academic credentials.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
-Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders across teams.
