Roles and Responsibilites

As a Senior Associate – Investor Relations & Corporate Development, you will work closely with senior leadership on initiatives that shape the company’s growth trajectory. The role involves managing investor engagement, evaluating strategic opportunities including M&A and partnerships, and supporting the development of long-term business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

-Support investor communications, reporting, and preparation of key materials for investor interactions.

-Manage investor queries and coordinate meetings with existing and potential stakeholders.

-Assist in preparing presentations, updates, and strategic narratives for investors and the board.

-Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities including M&A, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

-Build financial models and conduct commercial due diligence to assess investment opportunities.

-Support the development of the company’s long-term strategic roadmap.

-Conduct in-depth market research, industry analysis, and competitor benchmarking.

-Develop insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

-Partner with internal teams across product, finance, and operations to drive strategic initiatives.

-Support leadership on special projects and high-impact cross-functional assignments.

Skills and qualifications

-Top-tier undergraduate and/or Master’s degree with strong academic credentials.

-Prior experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, or Strategy roles.

-Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities.

-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

-Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and a bias for action.
