1. Finance Transformation & Program Management

• Partner with Finance leadership to manage and integrate key strategic initiatives across planning, operations, and transformation agendas.
• Provide strong program management support, ensuring clear scope, timelines, milestones, and governance across initiatives.
• Track dependencies, risks, and progress to ensure disciplined execution.

1. Change Management & Adoption

• Design and implement structured change management frameworks to support Finance transformation and technology adoption.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption across Finance teams and cross-functional partners.
• Support leadership with change plans, impact assessments, and adoption tracking.

1. Finance Technology & Digital Enablement

• Support the development and adoption of the Finance digital ecosystem, including collaboration and knowledge platforms.
• Partner with Technology teams to embed automation, digital tools, and data visualization into Finance processes.
• Identify and implement best practices to enhance productivity and modern ways of working within Finance.

1. Communication & Engagement

• Develop and execute communication strategies to ensure clarity and alignment across Finance initiatives.
• Support leadership communication with senior stakeholders as required.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.

1. Knowledge Management & Collaboration

• Strengthen knowledge sharing across Finance through structured content, communities, and digital platforms.
• Ensure key Finance tools, insights, and learnings are easily accessible and effectively utilized.
• Promote continuous learning and best practice sharing across teams.

• Candidate Profile
• 8+ years of experience in finance transformation, PMO, change management, or related roles
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, or global organizations preferred
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and program management skills
• MBA(Finance) from Tier 1 College
• Good digital fluency and familiarity with collaboration platforms, automation, and data visualization tools
