• Manage the end to end HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
• Partner with founders and leadership to build and scale high performing teams across retail and corporate functions.
• Lead talent acquisition for store, corporate, and operational roles.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with the company's growth stage.
• Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exits.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support leadership with organizational planning, role structuring, and team development.
• Oversee payroll coordination, HR documentation, and HR systems.

• 14 to 20 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to end to end HR management.
• Experience working in startups, retail, consumer brands, or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and building teams from early stage growth.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast paced, evolving startup environment with high ownership.
• Good understanding of HR policies, labour compliance, and employee engagement practices.
