• Define the Internal Audit strategy and annual audit plan aligned to business growth.
• Build and strengthen IA frameworks, governance charters, policies, and SOP validation mechanisms.
• Lead ERM, compliance, ESG oversight, and whistleblower governance across the organization.
• Drive operational and supply chain audits covering inventory, cash, shrinkage, pricing, promotions, vendor compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Strengthen inventory controls, stock accuracy, damage/expiry controls, and reconciliation processes across the network.
• Present key insights and updates to the Audit Committee, CFO, Board, and investors.
• Build and lead a high-performing IA team and partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and supply chain.
• Translate audit findings into actionable business outcomes and risk mitigation.

• CA / MBA / equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Internal Audit / Risk / Governance / Controls.
• Strong exposure to consumer, FMCG, retail, QSR, e-commerce, or other large multi-location businesses.
• Proven experience in scaling audit functions, ERM, compliance, and operational audits.
• Strong understanding of operations, inventory controls, supply chain audits, and loss prevention.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• High proactiveness, commercial orientation, and risk mitigation mindset.
