• Build and lead the end-to-end finance function, including consolidated reporting across multiple entities and business units.
• Establish MIS, reporting frameworks, and financial systems to enable accurate and timely decision-making.
• Own monthly closures and consolidated financials, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
• Design and implement revenue recognition and deferred revenue frameworks aligned with evolving business models.
• Drive unit economics and contribution margin tracking across business lines.
• Set up and manage intercompany accounting and transfer pricing structures.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and financial reporting across multiple entities and governing bodies.
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and working capital to support business growth.
• Lead audit processes and investor readiness, including financial models and data room preparation.
• Partner with business heads on planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Build and scale the finance team and control environment.

• Chartered Accountant with 8-12 years of experience in finance, controllership, or FP&A roles.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments with exposure to SEBI/RBI/IRDAI frameworks.
• Strong expertise in multi-entity consolidation, financial reporting, and revenue recognition.
• Proven ability to build and scale finance functions in high-growth or startup environments.
• Experience in fundraising, financial modelling, and investor reporting.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills, and stakeholder management ability.
• High ownership and execution capability in fast-paced environments.
