Roles and Responsibilites
- Strategy & Growth: Drive sales strategy, pricing, and portfolio planning to deliver profit growth and market share expansion.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand into emerging geographies, and launch region-specific products.
- Distribution: Build scalable GTM models, strengthen distributor networks, and ensure nationwide coverage.
- Key Accounts: Lead engagement with major hotel chains, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and institutional partners, fostering long-term relationships.
- Team Leadership: Develop and mentor high-performing sales teams, instill process discipline, and build capability in solution selling.
Skills and qualifications
- 12-18 years of sales leadership across HoReCa, Foodservice, Ingredients, and F&B industries.
- Expertise in distributor networks, national accounts, and team management.
- Entrepreneurial leader with a proven record of scaling businesses.
- Current Preferred Location: Bengaluru
