Roles and Responsibilites
-Monitor and analyze key business KPIs to assess performance and identify trends
-Drive data-backed insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
-Own and manage business reporting cadence.
-Build and maintain dashboards to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visibility of metrics
-Partner with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems
-Lead and execute high-impact strategic projects aligned with organizational priorities
-Work closely with senior leadership and present actionable insights and recommendations
-Translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives and presentations
-Identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective or growth-oriented actions
-Lead and mentor a team, driving performance, capability building, and team development
Skills and qualifications
-CA or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
-5–8 years of experience in business planning, analytics, consulting, or similar roles
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL (BI tools preferred)
-Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
-Strong presentation and storytelling ability
-Experience managing teams and working with senior leadership
