Roles and Responsibilites
-Oversee end-to-end finance operations including payments, receivables, TDS, and incentives
-Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness across financial processes
-Own reporting, MIS, and dashboards for finance operations
-Identify process gaps and drive automation and efficiency improvements
-Partner with business teams to provide financial clarity and support
-Manage large transaction volumes and ensure scalability of processes
-Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
-Lead and mentor a team, driving performance and operational excellence
Skills and qualifications
-CA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution
-5–8 years of experience in finance operations, controllership, or similar roles
-Strong understanding of financial processes and compliance
-High proficiency in Excel; ERP/BI tools preferred
-Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
-Experience in managing teams and working in high-growth environments
