Roles and Responsibilites
– Support implementation of regional trade marketing plans across channels to drive visibility and offtake.
– Execute merchandising, promotions, and retail activation initiatives across key accounts and outlets.
– Work closely with sales teams and distributors to ensure smooth execution of trade programs.
Skills and qualifications
MBA with 3–6 years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or customer marketing roles.
Exposure to FMCG or premium consumer categories preferred.
Strong understanding of retail execution and channel dynamics.
Good analytical and coordination skills with attention to detail.
