Roles and Responsibilites
– Drive primary and secondary sales through effective distributor management and outlet coverage.
– Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and execution of trade initiatives across outlets.
– Manage relationships with distributors, retailers, and key on-trade/off-trade partners.
Skills and qualifications
MBA with 4–8 years of experience in FMCG or premium consumer sales roles.
Strong exposure to local market dynamics and distributor management.
Experience in handling on-trade/off-trade channels preferred.
Good negotiation, execution, and relationship management skills.
