Roles and Responsibilites
Manage end-to-end product listings and catalogue operations across e-commerce marketplaces
Ensure high-quality Product Display Pages (PDPs) — images, descriptions, pricing, and attributes
Optimise the look, feel, and content of product pages to improve visibility and conversions
Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, supply chain) for accurate and timely uploads
Monitor and manage inventory, pricing, and promotions across platforms
Support execution of campaigns, product launches, and marketplace promotions
Track key performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance
Identify opportunities to improve product discoverability and customer experience
Maintain consistency in brand representation across all marketplaces
Skills and qualifications
1–2 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace operations
Could have previous experience with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop, or similar
Strong understanding of product listing, catalogue management, and PDP optimisation
Good eye for detail with a sense of visual merchandising and content quality
Familiarity with inventory management, pricing, and order workflows
Basic understanding of e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion rate, sales performance)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Strong coordination and communication skills to work across teams
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for basic data tracking and reporting
