• Manufacturing Operations Leadership

Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple plants o Ensure optimal production planning, capacity utilization, and efficiency

Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and cost

• New Product Line Development & Scale-Up

Lead manufacturing setup and scale-up for Drawer Slides, Hinges, Undermount systems, other furniture fittings and upcoming product categories

Collaborate with R&D and product teams for localization and new product introduction Establish robust processes for new category development

• Greenfield Project Execution

Lead end-to-end setup of new manufacturing facility

Oversee plant design, layout planning, machinery selection, and commissioning o Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks

• Process Excellence & Cost Optimization

Implement Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma practices

Drive cost reduction initiatives across materials, processes, and manpower

Optimize conversion costs across product lines

• Supply Chain & Vendor Management

Partner with procurement for sourcing strategies and vendor development

Build strong ecosystem for components, tooling, and raw materials

Ensure supply continuity and cost competitiveness

• Team Leadership & Capability Building

Build and lead high-performing plant teams across locations

Strengthen leadership pipeline and technical capabilities

Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and performance

• Compliance & Safety

Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and safety norms

Drive a strong culture of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) across plants

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering or related field
• 15–20 years of experience in Faucets/Metal Fittings / Hardware / Auto Components / Precision Manufacturing

Skills

• Strong experience in drawer slides or similar precision engineered products
• Proven track record in multi-plant manufacturing leadership
• Hands-on experience in greenfield project execution
• Exposure to new product introduction and scaling manufacturing lines
