Roles and Responsibilites
Manage and grow key retail accounts across Singapore
Drive offline retail expansion and increase brand presence across channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and distributors
Own and deliver sales targets, revenue growth, and account performance
Plan and execute in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising strategies
Ensure strong visibility, placement, and availability across retail outlets
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, merchandising) for seamless execution
Identify new opportunities for distribution expansion and channel growth
Ensure effective on-ground execution and market coverage
Skills and qualifications
4–5 years of experience in key account management / retail sales / channel sales
Experience in consumer goods, toys, FMCG, or retail-driven businesses preferred
Strong understanding of the Singapore retail ecosystem and distribution landscape
Proven ability to manage large retail accounts and drive sales growth
Experience in offline retail execution, merchandising, and promotions
Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret sales data
Self-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
