About the Company
Our client is a fast-growing, premium D2C and omnichannel consumer brand in the fashion/lifestyle space, focused on delivering high-quality, design-led products with a strong emphasis on customer experience, innovation, and brand storytelling. The company is scaling rapidly across both online and offline channels and offers a dynamic, high-impact work environment.
Roles and Responsibilites
Lead end-to-end visual design across digital, retail, and packaging touchpoints
Translate brand and business objectives into compelling visual strategies and campaigns
Design and optimize performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, etc.) using data, A/B testing, and user insights
Create and oversee website, landing page, and email creatives aligned with conversion goals
Drive in-store branding and offline experiences (VM, signage, store launches, campaigns)
Own packaging and print design, ensuring high production quality and consistency
Act as a brand custodian, ensuring adherence to visual identity and guidelines across channels
Build and maintain design systems, templates, and asset libraries for scalability
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, retail, brand, and product teams
Skills and qualifications
Skills Required
Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, and design fundamentals
Expertise in performance-led design and understanding of marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions)
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Ability to handle both digital and print workflows seamlessly
Strong attention to detail with pixel-perfect execution
Capability to conceptualize and execute campaigns independently
Good understanding of design systems and scalable creative production
Basic to intermediate skills in video editing (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
6+ years of experience in graphic design
Background in D2C, fashion, retail, or consumer brands preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing paid ads, retail branding, and packaging work
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Ability to manage projects from concept to final delivery independently
Prior experience in mentoring or managing designers/freelancers is a plus
