• Strategic Supply Chain Management

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Identify cost saving opportunities and drive efficiency across the supply chain.

• Inventory & Demand Planning

Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and analyze sales trends to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.

Design and execute inventory management strategies to balance availability and cost.

• Supplier & Vendor Management

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.

Collaborate with vendors to support operational excellence and reliability.

• Working Capital Management

Optimize inventory turnover, procurement cycles, and payment terms to enhance cash flow.

Align supply chain decisions with broader financial objectives to support sustainable growth.

• Logistics & Distribution

Oversee transportation, warehousing, fulfillment, and associated costs to ensure smooth operations.

Implement measures to streamline logistics and reduce waste.

• Quality & Compliance

Partner with quality control teams to ensure all materials and products meet regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain/Operations Management.
• 5–10 years of procurement and supply chain experience, preferably within FMCG and Consulting Experience in SCM.
