Roles and Responsibilites
HR Strategy & Organisation Building
Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the people strategy
Design scalable organisational structures, policies, and HR frameworks
Drive workforce planning and capability building across locations
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end hiring strategy across business functions
Build strong talent pipelines in specialised and niche talent pools
Strengthen employer branding in a competitive hiring landscape
Culture & Engagement
Drive a high-performance, values-driven culture aligned with organisational vision
Lead employee engagement, retention, and leadership development initiatives
Act as a custodian of ethics and organisational values
HR Operations & Compliance
Oversee HR processes including performance management, compensation, and employee lifecycle
Ensure compliance and consistency across multiple geographies
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor an HR team, enabling them to scale with the organisation
Skills and qualifications
12–15+ years of experience across HR and Talent Acquisition
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitals, clinics, or multi-location service organisations preferred
Demonstrated experience in scaling organisations and building teams in high-growth environments
Strong execution capability with a hands-on approach
High degree of integrity, maturity, and ethical grounding
Experience working in founder-led setups or high-growth environments is a plus
