Roles and Responsibilites
* Plan and execute event calendars across assigned accounts nationwide to drive brand visibility, sales, and cost efficiency.
* Act as a key link between retail channels and internal teams.
* Address customer issues and resolve complaints promptly to maintain strong relationships.
* Conduct periodic reviews and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
* Build and maintain relationships across all organizational levels.
* Demonstrate strong organizational, team management, and self-discipline skills.
* Apply problem-solving, negotiation, and data analysis to develop channel strategies.
* Coordinate with regulatory authorities for compliance, permits, and registrations.
* Manage and strengthen distributor and retail networks to achieve growth targets.
* Analyze competitor strategies and consumer trends to enhance engagement and loyalty.
* Ensure timely product availability through coordination with supply teams.
* Develop and implement strategies for market expansion, product positioning, and profitability.
* Monitor pricing and recommend adjustments based on market dynamics.
* Oversee distribution and promotion of new product launches.
Skills and qualifications
raduation/Preferably an MBA with 8- 10 years of industry experience in sales,
preferably from the FMCG industry, negotiations & relationship
management is a must.
