Roles and Responsibilites

Sales

  • Lead distributor and wholesale agreements across states.
  • Coordinate zone-wise sales, presence, and WOD plans.
  • Build in-house teams for Travel Retail and CSD

Marketing

  • Develop India marketing budgets and cost cards.
  • Adapt global activations to local markets.
  • Control trade marketing spends, discounts, and deals.

Business Development

  • Research and secure rights for new premium brands.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and partnerships.
  • Create RTMs for imports and state distribution.

Operations

  • Manage logistics, CHA agreements, bonded warehouses, and supply flow.
  • Oversee vendor contracts and order execution.

Compliance

  • Direct FSSAI, customs, and legal processes.
  • Build admin, MIS, and finance teams for governance and reporting.

Skills and qualifications

  • Willing to extensively travel (international and domestics)
  • Build and execute business plans effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Lead, hire, and motivate high-performing teams
  • Forge collaborative vendor and cross-functional partnerships
  • Strong organizational skills; manage multiple projects
  • Analytical mindset; data-driven decision-making
  • Expertise in cost cards, P&L, logistics, compliance, RTM design
  • Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
