Roles and Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities
-Drive expansion across priority markets, owning the end-to-end partner lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
-Build and manage a strong pipeline; lead partner identification, evaluation, and deal closures
-Lead commercial discussions and negotiations, ensuring quality partner onboarding
-Drive team performance with clear KPIs, targets, and execution rigor
-Identify new markets and expansion opportunities through structured market mapping
-Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless partner onboarding and launch
-Track pipeline health, conversion metrics, and provide regular updates to leadership
Skills and qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience in: Business Development, Expansion / Partnerships, Network-led growth models
- Strong experience in: Deal-making & negotiations, Partner acquisition, Team management, Exposure to consumer, retail, QSR, or multi-location businesses preferred
