-Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness

-Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

-Drive preparation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

-Strengthen internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks

-Partner with business and leadership teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making

-Manage audits (internal & external) and ensure regulatory compliance

-Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

-Handle stakeholder management including investors and auditors

-Build and scale finance processes in line with company growth

-CA is mandatory

-5+ years of relevant experience in controllership / core accounting roles

-Strong hands-on experience with US GAAP (mandatory)

-Prior experience in a high-growth startup / SaaS / healthcare setup is preferred

-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
