About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing veterinary healthcare platform building a network of advanced hospitals and specialty clinics across India and the UAE. It combines high-quality pet clinical care with strong operational and financial systems to drive scalable, profitable growth.

Roles and Responsibilites

  • Drive overall financial performance, ensuring profitable and scalable growth across clinics
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and planning with high forecast accuracy and actionable insights
  • Establish a robust monthly close and MIS cadence with timely, reliable reporting
  • Track and improve clinic-level unit economics and profitability
  • Strengthen cash flow management, collections, and liquidity planning
  • Optimize working capital (inventory, receivables, vendor payments, cash cycle)
  • Build strong revenue assurance frameworks to minimize leakage and billing errors
  • Implement financial controls and governance systems across all locations
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory, tax, and statutory requirements
  • Partner with business teams to drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives
  • Lead capex planning and ROI-driven investment decisions for expansion and equipment
  • Support fundraising, investor reporting, and financial diligence processes
  • Develop finance systems, dashboards, and data-driven decision frameworks
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned to growth objectives
  • Maintain audit readiness with minimal adjustments and strong control adherence

Skills and qualifications

  • 12 to 18 years in finance leadership roles
  • Background in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitality, or multi-site businesses preferred
  • Strong experience in FP&A, controllership, and cash flow management
  • Proven ability to work closely with operations teams
  • CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Key Skills required

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Systems-oriented (ERP, MIS, dashboards)
  • High ownership, structured thinking, and execution focus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment
