Roles and Responsibilites

As our Head of Business Development, you are the architect of our brand’s physical footprint—turning market data and prime locations into a powerful retail legacy. Moving beyond the "how" of expansion, you will own the growth strategy of our brand, driving market dominance through high-stakes site selection, masterful lease negotiations, and disciplined financial modeling. From the first spark of a regional feasibility study to the grand opening of a flagship location, you’ll curate every new touchpoint to maximize brand visibility and long-term profitability. A strategic partner to the leadership with over 12 years of expertise, you will blend analytical precision with a hunter’s instinct to ensure our expansion isn't just a rollout, but a community-led destination that disrupts the retail landscape.

Skills and qualifications

With a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in the retail or F&B sectors, you are a seasoned expert with a proven track record of managing national rollouts and opening over 50 retail units. You possess deep technical expertise in commercial real estate dynamics and retail leasing, supported by the financial literacy required to model complex project P&Ls and analyze CAPEX requirements. By leveraging market intelligence tools like GIS and data analytics, you turn site selection into a science, predicting performance with precision. A master negotiator and agile strategist with a "hunter" mindset, you have the executive presence to influence C-suite stakeholders and present compelling expansion decks to the Board of Directors. Armed with a degree in Business or Real Estate—and ideally an MBA—you blend academic rigor with the hands-on leadership necessary to navigate a rapidly shifting economic landscape.
