Roles and Responsibilites

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of diverse project lifecycles, creating and adhering to strict schedules for new launches across various lifestyle categories. You will be responsible for the timely execution of all project-related tasks, ensuring that every deliverable aligns perfectly with our broader business objectives and brand standards. Strategic planning is central to the role, as you will finalize goals in collaboration with management and optimize operational workflows to ensure a seamless transition from planning to handover. You will maintain full ownership of project budgets, driving financial efficiency and economies of scale while conducting regular reviews to ensure maximum return on investment.Furthermore, you will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and best-in-class vendors to produce innovative, high-quality physical assets. This includes managing PR-ready flagship developments and ensuring all sites reflect our premium brand positioning. Beyond technical execution, you will lead and grow a high-performing project team, defining clear KPIs and fostering a culture of ownership and speed. By maintaining a rigorous "single source of truth" for project governance, you will close execution gaps and ensure our expansion remains disciplined and impactful.

Skills and qualifications

You possess a minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in project management and business development, with a proven track record of managing large-scale national rollouts in the premium or luxury sectors. Your academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Administration, with an MBA from a premier institute being highly preferred. Technically, you demonstrate advanced proficiency in project management software and a deep understanding of the legal and commercial dynamics involved in multifaceted expansions. You are a master of professional presentation and communication, capable of influencing board-level stakeholders and presenting complex expansion strategies with clarity. Above all, you are highly detail-oriented with a relentless commitment to quality and a creative "hunter" mindset for solving complex execution challenges.
