Roles and Responsibilites
Store Expansion & Rollout
Drive end-to-end new store openings across regions
Plan and track rollout timelines aligned with business goals
Ensure stores are launched on time, within budget, and as per brand standards
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Store Design & Planning
Lead store layouts, design concepts, and space planning
Collaborate with design teams to deliver functional and visually appealing stores
Optimize layouts for customer experience and operational efficiency
Standardize design templates for scalability
Project Execution
Oversee civil, interiors, MEP, and fixture installations
Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from site handover to store launch
Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks
Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
Vendor & Stakeholder Management
Identify, onboard, and manage contractors, architects, and vendors
Lead commercial negotiations and execution timelines
Coordinate with landlords, mall management, and authorities
Collaborate with internal teams (Retail, VM, Procurement, Finance, Legal)
Cost & Budget Management
Own budgeting for store fit-outs and expansion projects
Track costs and drive efficiency without compromising quality
Compliance & Approvals
Ensure all statutory approvals, licenses, and compliance requirements are met
Liaise with local authorities for timely approvals
Process & Scalability
Build SOPs and standardize execution processes
Implement tracking tools and dashboards for project monitoring
Post-Launch Handover
Ensure smooth handover to operations teams
Resolve post-launch issues and improve future rollout processes
Skills and qualifications
10–18 years of experience in retail expansion / projects / store rollout
Strong expertise in store design, interiors, and space planning
Proven experience in managing large-scale multi-location rollouts
Strong vendor, stakeholder, and cross-functional management skills
Solid financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
