Roles and Responsibilites
-Oversee end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance
-Ensure robust internal controls, governance frameworks, and audit readiness
-Manage cash flow, treasury, taxation, and regulatory requirements
-Drive automation and strengthening of financial systems and processe
-Partner with business leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
-Provide actionable insights on performance, unit economics, and profitability
-Support strategic initiatives, investments, and business expansion decisions
-Establish KPI frameworks and drive data-backed decision-making across functions
Skills and qualifications
-CA plus MBA mandatory with 10–15 years of relevant experience
-Strong mix of controllership and business finance exposure
-Experience in high-growth / consumer tech / startup environments preferred
-Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
