Roles and Responsibilites
- Own key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, and retention
- Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, and conversion improvements
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams
Skills and qualifications
- 2–4 years of Product/Growth experience
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion, and user behavior
- Hands-on with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience working with marketing, product, and data teams
- Prior exposure to consumer tech or fintech (preferred)
