In this role, you will be at the heart of data-driven decision-making for credit risk-

1) Diving deep into portfolio performance to uncover patterns, risk signals, and areas of opportunity.

2) Supporting the design and refinement of credit strategies across the entire customer journey from onboarding to collections.

3) Partnering with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate risk insights into practical implementations.

4) Contributing to the development and optimization of risk models, including defining key variables and thresholds.

5) Performing detailed analytics to identify emerging trends and recommend actionable insights.

1) Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline from tier one institutes.

2) 5-10 years of experience in Risk Analytics, Data Science, or Risk Management, with exposure to model building or strategy development.

3) Strong command over SQL and at least one programming language such as Python or R.

4) Understanding of unsecured lending products is mandatory. Hands-on experience with data mining and machine learning methods (e.g., decision trees).

5) Prior experience in fintech or lending domains (Retail, SME, LAP, or secured lending) is an advantage.
