Roles and Responsibilites
- Lead consumer and market insights strategy to guide FMCG growth and competitiveness.
- Design and oversee research programs to capture consumer behavior, needs, and trends.
- Integrate diverse data sources into actionable intelligence for marketing, sales, and innovation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to embed insights into brand, portfolio, and communication strategies.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and validate new product concepts through consumer testing.
- Provide predictive analytics and forecasting to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Establish KPIs to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, and innovation success.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing insights team with strong analytical and storytelling skills.
- Collaborate with external research agencies and data providers to maximize value.
- Champion a consumer-centric culture across the organization.
Skills and qualifications
- 10-15 years of work experience in FMCG/Market Research organizations (focussing on consumer practice)
- Preferably last 5 years experience on brand side
- MBA from tier 1/2 institute will be preferred
- Current/Preferred Location to be Gurugram, Haryana
